Cecil D. Quillen, Jr.

Cecil D. Quillen, Jr. is a former General Counsel of Eastman Kodak Company where he was a Senior Vice President and member of the Board of Directors.  He is currently a Research Fellow at the Intellectual Property Institute of the University of Richmond School of Law, and a Senior Advisor at Cornerstone Research, an economic and management consulting firm.  He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from the University of Virginia School of Law.
